Welcome to the BCGGame platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you and BCGGame ("we", "us", "Platform"). Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on BCGGame, you must meet the following eligibility criteria. Violating these conditions may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed, and any winnings may be forfeited.

• BCGGame employees, directors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to play on the platform.
• You must provide a valid mobile number and email address for verification purposes.

BCGGame may request additional documentation for account verification at any time, such as a national ID, birth certificate, or proof of address. If you fail to provide the required documents within 15 days, your account will be suspended and your balance may be held until verification is complete.

Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your BCGGame account is entirely your responsibility. Keeping your login credentials private and protecting your account from unauthorized access is essential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account, even if it is unauthorized.

• Never share your username or password with anyone. Doing so creates a serious security risk.
• Use a strong password that includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Change your password regularly and never reuse it on other websites.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to the BCGGame support team immediately.
• Always log out after using a public computer or shared device.
• Be cautious of phishing emails and fake websites. BCGGame will never ask for your password via email.

Deposit & Payment Methods

All deposits on BCGGame must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

1. BCGGame supports a range of payment methods, including mobile banking, bank transfers, and electronic wallets.
2. All deposits must come from legitimate sources. Money laundering or the use of illegal funds is strictly prohibited.
3. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the maximum amount may vary depending on the payment method.
4. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though in some cases it may take up to 30 minutes.
5. BCGGame does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
6. If your deposit does not arrive within 30 minutes, please contact the support team and provide proof of the transaction.

BCGGame reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or unusual deposits and to return funds where necessary. If we determine that a transaction is fraudulent or in breach of our terms, we may suspend the account in question and report the matter to law enforcement if needed.

Withdrawal Policy & Terms

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw funds from BCGGame. You may submit a withdrawal request at any time, but identity verification is mandatory prior to your first withdrawal.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000 and the maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 50,000 for regular players.
• Higher withdrawal limits and faster processing times are available for VIP members.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though in some cases it may take up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• BCGGame does not charge any withdrawal processing fees, though fees from your payment provider may apply.

If your withdrawal request is declined, we will notify you of the reason via email or SMS. Common reasons include incomplete verification, unmet wagering requirements, or suspicious activity. You may resubmit your withdrawal request once the issue has been resolved.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering

BCGGame regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

1. The welcome bonus is for new players only and can be claimed once per person.
2. A specific wagering requirement must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn, typically ranging from 25x to 40x.
3. All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after it expires.
4. Each game contributes a different percentage toward bonus wagering. Slots games typically contribute 100%.
5. BCGGame reserves the right to modify bonus terms or cancel promotions at any time.
6. Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games on BCGGame use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure every outcome is completely random and fair. We regularly have our games audited for fairness by independent third-party organizations.

• All game results are final and cannot be changed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical issue or server error, BCGGame may cancel and refund the affected bets.
• Every game has its own rules and payout table, which must be read before starting play.
• If suspicious gameplay patterns or collusion are detected, BCGGame will investigate and take the necessary action.
• The use of bots, scripts, or any other automated software is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BCGGame platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of winnings, and legal action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts. Each individual may hold only one account.
• Providing false or fraudulent information. All personal details must be truthful and accurate.
• Using third-party payment methods or making deposits/withdrawals on behalf of another person.
• Bonus abuse, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or circumventing promotional terms and conditions.
• Conducting hacking, phishing, or any other form of cybercriminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players.
• Using BCGGame for money laundering or any other financial crimes.
• Playing games or managing your account using bots, scripts, or any automated software.

Account Suspension & Closure

BCGGame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without cause. In practice, account closures are typically the result of rule violations, fraud, or security concerns.

You may request to close your account at any time. For voluntary closures, your remaining balance will be returned subject to all applicable conditions being met. For closures initiated by BCGGame, the treatment of your balance will be determined by the nature of the violation.

Limitation of Liability

BCGGame provides its platform on an "as is" basis and reserves the right to limit liability for technical issues, service interruptions, or data loss to the maximum extent permitted. We work to ensure maximum uptime, but we are not liable for losses resulting from service disruptions.

• BCGGame is not liable for losses caused by technical issues beyond our control.
• BCGGame is not responsible for disruptions to your gaming experience caused by internet connectivity issues or device problems.
• BCGGame accepts limited liability for deposit or withdrawal delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the balance held in your account.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
